I'm not OP, DalaiLama, but if you're interested in farming Angler's Plait, check out this article from Angler's Mate #4, or see the original guide in Angler's Mate #3.

There are no specific Area constraints on Angler's Plait. So, no need to worry about "Corrupted Reef" Maps or anything like that!
