Should I switch to CoC once I'm level 69 onwards?

I used this as a guide for my character. I'd really appreciate any suggestions for further improvement. I'm not sure if I'm not using PoB correctly, but I can't seem to break ~5.5MM - 6MM dps...

This feels like a dumb question, but what is whirling blades for? Is it just for movement and flame dash is just for arcane surge?

Guys, can someone help me with my issue I can't reach 100% crit chance.

Add this string to the Custom Modifiers panel in Configuration in PoB
+5% Critical Strike Chance (Brittle) It doesn't know how to handle brittle from the boots, so you have to add it manually. |
