New Microtransactions: Synthesis Hideout and Map Device

Synthesis was amazing. Besides a great set of cohesive game mechanics, in my opinion, Cavas's story, writing, and voice acting was the best we've ever seen in Path of Exile. I will 100% be getting this hideout to celebrate!

Finally! Synthesis 2 when?

Please tell me this is a freaking tease that next league synthesis is coming back (or soon) and that you weren't just trolling when you casually dropped that bomb in the "dressup" discussion you guys had?

Would also be nice if they brought back the Synthesis league mechanic itself, even without the Synthesizer (which has some quite fundamental problems imo). Fractured items are reward enough, and the route-building mechanic makes for a nice change of pace from other game mechanics (just as Blight does with TD).

But mainly, what it did for the games' lore was amazing. Some of us do care!

Missed opportunity with the hideout. Should have made a couple of memory islands with memory bridges between them that could be turned on and off. Other than that, good job.

Phoned in. The hideout is tiny and bland. And that map device is just a barely updated normal one.

Great league, and great patches, and I am spending money, but not on this stuff.

There is no middle-sized variation. One was never made so many years ago. :/
