How is this build on single target with half decent investment? I usually scrounge up about 30~40 ex for a build until i get bored in a league? I'd love to use arc but i'm not really in a mood to tickle those pinacle bosses to death once i get to them for a 2nd league in a row, so does it feel good enough to kill tough bosses with let's say 30 ex budget ? With 30 ex you should be just fine to do all the content in the game other than like juiced Maven Invitations Level 85. --- Updated the main PoB with leveling trees and notes for all spell options. By the way, I didn't add Galvanic Field to any PoB yet because we don't know if it's good, but for the Arc / CL versions it's quite possibly a huge boost to DPS as a 4L (instead of OoS).
