Silverbought useless? It's a great bow for leveling caustic arrow or toxic rain whitout having to deal with constant mana problem that Quillrain gives. (Haveing a level 2-3 empower in it can give up to +4 to the bow gem socketed in it which is stupid good while leveling)

The oak is a nice shield to have if you want to level as RF and not swap into it later on.

I understand for trash uniques like Dreadsurge but please dont remove good leveling uniques just because people at endgame do not use them

Lilly Roth in my hideout is by far the best change in here. My main concern is losing some interesting stuff like double enchants from Lab runs and monstrous treasure. But it sounds like those are gonna be implemented elsewhere so sounds good.

Completely reasonable to remove the system itself, and many of the changes look good.

However, I do want to say that while I normally enjoy planning new builds around disruptive changes, one thing that just makes me sad is the idea of reduced options.
I do not think that removing the uniques you listed is wise, and I have used several of them over the past year.
The game has countless other uniques that are less impactful, and while I can understand the idea behind trimming away the fat in terms of uniques, I would urge that to be the countless ones that are even less meaningful than the ones you listed, yet exist in the core pool.
