its per "enduring composure" on small armor cluster jewel.

Level up my build, most mandatory - i miss "Force of Nature" (10% elem penetration) passive in my first setup and its help much. Most of maps ok now.
"Early endgame" looks big problem with very same reason - too low dps. Guaridans take forever with a 50% chance of not killing at all, because the portals run out sooner.
My build seems to suffer greatly from lack of elemental penetration.
I'd say that your current claw is...very very bad. The claw should have been your first major and most cost-effective upgrade, especially in this league where good claws are cheap as hell and easily crafted with recombinators. The guy saying "your claw is mediocre" was just too polite, so you didn't realize the importance of a good weapon.
Second, don't judge the claw with eDPS on market, because without an omniscience amulet, the resistance penetration is way much stronger than tooltip DPS. You should go for two flat damage (light is the must-have and light damage should be prioritized because of shock effectiveness) plus a crafted or built-in "Attack with this weapon penetrates XX% elemental resistance" instead of the third flat ele-damage. Since most people out there are still after the myth of tooltip DPS, you can get a decent one that carry you through all content within 1ex if you're lucky.
Also, you are lacking Herald of Ice, which is a big boost to your DPS. Use Herald of Ice, and swap out added cold into added lightning in your 6L.

What's better added cold or added lightning?
I tried both and feel like added lightning is way better but I've read that i need added cold to proc trinity but it procs anyway with added lightning, so what do i use?

You should aim for Awakened Added Lightning Damage level 5, since it also gives +1 level to your Lightning Strike. The problem here is the int requirement, which is 126. You need to use either one passive point (+30 int) or one suffix slot for it.
You don't have to worry about Trinity if you are using Blizzard Crown (and you really should, just DON'T use embers/ichors on it). I have about six times more lightning damage than cold damage and Trinity procs just fine.

You should be able to run at least Determination or Grace + Anger + Herald of Ice without enlighten.

Oh lol, I can see how that's confusing but it wasn't active. Removed it now since I don't use it anyway. I'm currently using defiance banner + grace + anger + precision and definitely don't have room for herald of ice.

Hey guys,
I league started with this build and it was alright.
On a budget it wasnt the greatest, but now i sinked some Currency into it and its doing alright.
i can farm juiced T16's but i still feel it's a bit lacking for the amount of currency spend for it.
Im sure i can upgrade some things or change some things.
