[3.15] The Raining Tempest. *Deadeye* 4M+ DPS - Dual Curse - League Starter

im trying this build as starter, for now it looks fine, but im not sure how it would go with sentry mirage archers :/
My biggest issue with the build currently is the amount of int you need. Possibly a good idea to reroute 90 point section.

Im level 67 and had to grab a lot of int on gear and it sorta locks me into pieces for the moment.

Once most of you pathing is done you should only need 1 good roll on a piece I think is what I came up with. Do the witch area pathing before duelist if needed.
what actually affects the "beam" damage?
cos that is what we're aiming to stack, right?
i just unlocked the skill and it hits like a wet noodle.
using faster attacks / mirage archer / LMP atm. takes forever to kill even trash mobs, let alone rares xd

edit:
is it basically like an "on-hit" build?
so +dmg to attacks affects each beam hit??

ok seem to be doing a lot better with added cold dmg / faster attakcs / LMP & herald of ice (for now..)

Doing this build for my leauge start, feels pretty good
still not sure if the knockback from King of the Hill is good or bad because it can knock bosses out of storm rain
How does mana consumption feel with inspiration support?

I found myself doing tons of damage by knocking bosses into corners.

With storm cloud/the tempest bow u dont need to use faster attacks, then replace it for some dmg gems
I use this as my league starter and switched to Storm Rain as I got it.
With Wrath and Herald of Thunder + ascendancy Endless Munitions it feels ok.
Got an Death's Harp and it is better (Couldn't get a Tempest yet).
But I am lvl 66 in Act 9, a bit slow, may caused by the harder league. I had builds which were slower, not that bad imho.

It is a long time ago, since I played a bow build, but as far as I remember you shoot till everything is dead and then go on, with this build it feels more like a totem build, shoot and run around.
I tried to use Ballista Support with the new Focused one, but that was even slower.

Build idea is good and I will keep playing and trying to get the items.

build really comes to life once you get Occupying Force :DDD

if ur struggling for dmg early and dont care about move speed, pick that up first..!
