This build says to run the vigil so GC+VS effects you, but its location in PoB doesn't have 40 STR in its radius to activate that effect. Am I missing something? Hey, I'm interested about trying your build. As some people requested earlier, can someone post a t16 clear speed of the build ? Eventually high conquerors too. And post their pob at the end ?
