Those sceptres need an upgrade. Other than that, gear and skills look good, make sure you're casting everything - sigil, arcane cloak, - stand in the sigil, and don't spam you BF / BB combo. Net regen tanks down to around 600-800 without the legacy roll though. I wanted to follow the clarity path but the numbers weren't adding up on my character and the builds on ninja are either pure wrath or hybrid clarity/wrath. I may just try a hybrid, unsure. Edit: Fortify feels good enough without ancestral so I may try sneaking the clear mind in anyway abusing life reserved clarity with the new open socket.
