Im struggling with low survavibility (have 4k hp, getting oneshots all the time, also not great dps)
I still have 5c AG setup.
Whats the first thing i should change in my build to get more surv/dps?
I feel like i did many mistakes with my current build
get taunt & blind abbys
get Jinxed
get rotgut quicksilver with auto reuse at end.
run thru maps and dont stop = stoping is death :)
run in circles on bosses
Chances u will get targeted and hit will reduce alot.
or follow last 3 pages ... filled with answers for ur questions

I did:
-bought magma eclipsis and unallocated NA.
-i had nothing to proc EE so i took Avatar of fire from 2 unspec points from NA
-i fixed gems
-i made AG with kingmaker, garb with regen. (still a8 veritania took half of my AG health lol.) my AG has capped all resists and is divergent lvl 26.
-changed armour to skin of the loyal
Anything else to fix?

Why do you have the triggered Blade Vortex on RMB? You can drop it, set Phase Run to RMB and Bone Armor to LMB.
I personally have Bone Armor on LMB, Dash on middle button, and Convocation on RMB, and don't use Phase Run (just pop a flask when needed).
does anyone have a PoB for a tanky version? And can someone tell me how this build performs compared to the Arachnophobia Templar build?
I m playing spectre/srs at the moment but both defense and damage are not that good, so thinking to switch to this one but a tanky version since i hate beeing one shottet or to start a new char and try the arachno templar.
Any suggestions?

You need a very considerable investment to get this build going "decently" well, and even then oneshots are going to happen...
I don't think you can go as fast as what this build does, and be super tanky. Might be better off just looking for a generic SO summoner build.
This is unless you can spent close to mirror in gear of course. Then its a different discussion.

i have 50ex sitting around, i cannot decide what to go for.
Also is there a big upgrade to get a +1 spectre/+1 curse chest instead of running the second curse on the AG ?
+1 Spectre +1 Curse is a huge upgrade. +1 Spectre will add at least 15-17% to your overall DPS, +1 Curse will make it possible to use Assassin's Mark, which is +1.5% crit chance and some crit multi against the toughest monsters. What you can upgrade, gaining the best value for money is probably Wand. One with t4 minion damage, Veiled AS, +2 and Hatred Effect was on the trade for 60 when I finished with the league (4-5 days ago). And it'll give you quite a lot of DPS. And, of course, a decent chest could also be a thing for you. However, to craft one with high Life you'll likely to have at least 70ex budget (to prevent loosing all, as your crafts may be unlucky and reroll with inf mod is a very expensive mod in TFT). You'll also have to spend at least 10ex to transfer to 3-curses setup.
Edit. Jut noticed, why tf do you use Melee Phys in your Spectre setup ?

I will have around 15 ex soon to spend on build. On what should i focus now? Helm with enchant? Also 40%incr dmg of spectres or carrion golems? thanks

I don't really understand the sense of your question, as the idea of getting +1 Curse chest is to take a 3rd curse. Sure you can make one without Curse, it's likely to be much more cheap. However, Hunter's inf also makes it possible to craft effect of offerings in the Suffix.

No one here can give the perfect tip for you. You should try different options in PoB.
