I'd like to join your guild as a casual player. I started playing PoE with 3.16, put in hundreds of hours - got a necro (skeleton mages) to 95, was actively farming Sirus A9 and Maven, and beat all endgame content except The Feared. I got several other characters to 85+. I expect to be very active in 3.17/Archnems, and now that I actually know what I'm doing, I should be ramping up more quickly in the new league.
