u can look for these stats on trade, then copy the watchers eye in pob and check it out.
Its hard to say and depends on your exact gear and stats so i would suggest this method.

I had "divergent elemental with attacks" tireless cluster. Heart and soul on the skill tree and - mana cost on 1 ring(optional)

Losing the mana flask isn´t necassarily the best option though.
i would only suggest it if u have very good gear and a very high lvl alrdy and u dont like mana flasks.

I hate mana flasks and love to try out different unqiue flasks and i had insane gear so id always go that route but others pointed out that this league it can be much harder to make it work that way.
A "warding" mana flask can also be a very strong option and prbly is in many/most cases.

Can anyone look and see if there's any recommended changes? I'm trying to follow the guide, but I'm newer to PoB. It's showing me with a lot less damage. So I can't tell if it's a gear issue, or a PoB set up issue.

did not check your pob alot but get atziri's promise and taste of hate, they are massive DPS boost ( 3.5 mil for me )

Is HH good? Clearing maps, and Ultimatums, YES, very YES.
Bossing, nah.
