Can any1 check my PoB - why is my Damage so low. I invested like 50ex -100ex on this build and tried to copy the build 1:1.

Thinking of getting an Inspired Learning jewel in the setup as I go through the Atlas. Sounds fun. Please convince me to hit the trigger (or not).

" You PoB is just badly configured. Mark the same settings as the PoB on this thread (enemy burning, ignited, etc). You should also swap GMP for Awakened Swift Afliction and keep GMP only for mapping. Try unspeccing from Tireless tree and getting Sovereignty instead, while changing from Herald of Ash aura to Wrath. This alone should put you at almost 18m dps. |

About Anger and Wrath, I was testing and Anger improves way more dps than wrath so what's the reason for it?

How does Replica emberwake interact with the increased ignite duration we have ?
just got it and DPS felt weaker if only 1 shot was fired, ( specially in ultimatum later waves ) even though Pob tells me it's almost 1 million dps increase with it for 1 burning stack | |
" For 1 mod eyes: Dot malevolence should give the largest DPS increase. Second best is phys as extra lightning - i'd recommend using this one since spending 11ex on a 1mod eye is not worth it. " Works exactly as written. 90% reduced ignite duration. So the faster ignite you have the smaller your ignite duration will be. I personally feel like its not worth using replica emberwake at a certain "faster ignite" threshold. I guess if you wanna stack increased ignite duration just for replica emberwake that would work but is that really worth it. You will have to be constantly reaplying your ignites to deal any dps (and at certain amount of "faster ignite"'s you might even be bottlenecked by your attack speed) which means standing still all the time. Yes PoB will show a dps increase but it doesn't show that you are doing zpds if you aren't standing still and constantly reapplying your ignites. Also replica emberwake has a very unfavorable interaction with combustion. If you are using WoC+Combustion while having replica emberwake + some faster ignites than the combustion effect will last for like a fraction of a second making it nearly useless. " Wrath is technically better than other auras because of higher ceiling damage it does. Your ignites only scale from the largest hit you do (since only 1 ignite can be active at a time), not your average hit. And Wrath on average will deal larger hits than other Auras which means = stronger ignites. Lets say you attack an enemy 5 times: Your wrath deals = 5, 55, 100, 10, 85 damage. And your anger deals 80, 65, 40, 50, 75. So technically you are doing more dps with anger here but for ignite purposes only the largest hit matters so with wrath only your 100 dmg hit is dealing ignite damage while for anger only your 80 dmg hit while the rest of the hits are just applying the burning debuff. Storm brand and Arcanist brand fullfill two completely different roles. Storm brand lets you activate Elemental Overload quickly on bosses. Arcanist brand is there to automate WoC+Curse+Combustion combo. Unvavering Stance is extremely good especially in ultimatums. Last edited by trancenergy11 on Jun 2, 2021, 11:18:01 AM
