Accuracy Stacking Juggernaut [100k Acc] Dead in 3.15

ive just been leveling a char and got to level 20 with splitting steel linked with chance to bleed and onslaught as that skill is pretty strong and doesent require any dmg nodes on the tree. If i get a decent bow drop i want to test the siege ballistas at level 38 as that is when we get barrage support.

I think I'm too gutless to try and league start this, unless someone comes in with a last-minute compelling argument, but my second character this league has this written all over it.

I was going to start a new league on this build. I have never played the marauder before. Can you please describe how to move along the skill tree, and what skills to use when leveling? |

they removed the % increased accuracy if you have not killed recently mod for jewels, no more insanely high accuracy with them jewels
