You're not using a Dexterity Implicit Belt. You aren't using Taste of Hate. I don't know what's on your BR because you didn't add it into the POB. You're Large Cluster Jewel only has 2 notables meaning you basically wasted a point. You aren't using an Ancestral Protector and a Vaal Ancestral Warchief. You opted for an Enlighten when that is not necessary. You don't have quality on your gems. You're Jewels can be significantly better. You're wasting a point in your bottom Frenzy charge. You can Enchant your Chest Piece for Dexterity for Quality. Overall your Dex on your PoB is less than 1.1k which is REALLY low for someone at level 93, so much so you aren't hit chance capped. Both of your rings could be improved significantly for very cheap. You are using an Attack Damage Cluster instead of an Attack Damage While Dual Wielding Cluster. You took the Strength node instead of the dex node connecting to Shadow. Those are just a few things that you missed out on, you didn't have your PoB configured correctly either.

Great build, looking forward to patch notes and (hopefully) an update for it before leaguestart.

Definitely looking forward to trying this build this league. Think i will follow your advice and not league start it but my question is would your recommend leveling a raider with similar passive tree and different skill setup for easy swap later or just a generic league start farmer then level this one later?

Leveling Hollow Palm later is really easy, I made it through acts in about 4.5 hours and was on my way for the rest of the league. So you can easily level as something else and make a new character later.

this looks super dope! i usually play hollow palm with glad full block cyclone but i want a change. Can this build do 100% delirium t19?

That is the entire build. But it usually actually drops by day 4. I do not recommend this for league start. I will be doing it on stream but it is extremely unwise. Ill be playing Toxic Rain to farm up gear.

imo the jewel and 6 offcolor wildwrap are what makes this build but with new harvest that's pretty hard to get
