Guess thats the end of Minion Helmets :-/

I will have to consider how I go forward with the Guide.

But for now I'll wait for the patches in the next couple of days.

I added a note to the guide regarding the nerfed weighting. :-/

Well worst case I guess we can swap 6l armor for helmet and move raise spectre to helmet instead as they aren't as critical.

Its still a league starter IMO, but i just started maps, but it was incredibly easy to level and maps are a breeze with complete crap for gear.

With skitterbots what is their primary use, looking at profane proxy and trying to see what hand I should put it in.

The new Ambu's Charge no longer has "Recover 2% of life if you have been hit recently"

Is there a cheap alternative AG setup?

I'd guess just a generic rare life+resistance armour

What about Legacy of Fury for boots for animate guardian? I'm not sure if the proc for killing a scorched enemy works if our minions kill or only if the golem kills

Also wouldn't Gruthkul's Pelt be another good option for an armor for it, doesnt look like its TOO pricy atm, so perhaps more of a mid grade option. The spells being disabled mod on it shouldn't do anything to the guardian right? It has a ton of life and regeneration

Also corrupted implicits provide benefits too right? So stuff like a helm corrupted for more life would boost AG life even higher right?

A rare 6L is probably the best cheap option (for life builds) with good implicits. Or maybe a Cloak of flame if you're struggling with phys damage (I wouldn't care about 6 linking one though).

The more offensive/balanced thing is probably to get a Skin of the lords with an empower since the level scaling of srs is crazy now. One with EB noteable is the dream to save a few points (most important is to get a noteable that doesn't ruin anything). I never thought they would keep scaling the more damage after lvl 20. I thought it would stop at lvl 20. From the patch notes:
"up to 38% more Damage at gem level 20"

At lvl 30 this scales to 58%... And 30 is fairly easy to get. 21 SRS +1 minion/fire wand, +2 minion helmet, +1 minion/fire shield in a +2 duration Tabula with a lvl 3 empower is already lvl 29. With a Skin of the lords you have a lvl 31 SRS with the same setup. With a +2 wand and an awakened empower (not cheap) you would get your SRS to 34 if I'm not mistaken. That's 62% more damage on the gem itself.

An all out offensive setup would maybe get a corrupted Dialla's Malefaction to scale both quality of gems (minion life) and gem levels (SRS/empower) to get even higher than 34.

And for the spectres we could get an Archdemon crown with +2 all minion gems (mine with +90 max life was 1 divine orb). -10 res isn't much but you can drop the elemental army gem and use the helmet as a pseudo 5 link for spectres (they should apply the exposure if they're in the helmet). I use less than optimal spectres now while leveling (at 89 now). 2 Flame Sentinels with combustion + feeding frenzy + spell echo. They have built in multiple projectiles so GMP isn't needed. Nothing that will kill bosses for you but that's what the SRS is for anyway.

An other cheap thing that is really good if we're going EB with divine blessing aura (I use it with haste). Power of Purpose! A noteable from a Militant Faith, Avarius that "no one" uses (got mine for 10c). It converts 80% of your maximum mana and doubles that as armour. For me its about 5k extra armour (11.8k to 17.4k without flasks). This makes the blessing aura cost a lot less (just leave divine blessing at lvl 1 for a really cheap aura). Without PoP, 537 ES cost, with PoP, 164 ES cost. With this setup we can easilly drop inspiration since we're getting pretty socket starved.
