Hello Freaky.... yep MOBs dies too sloooow.
I am tryng this build (Lev. 70 right now) and is not so easy clear the regular maps.
Probably i'll switch to a pure Stone Golem build later, when i'll find some core items.
IMHO this build can manage max T11/12 tier maps (fully equipped). Morover bosses are often a pain in the ass.
Byez AoE.

I have some shitty gear but you... wow and you complaining. Switch out your damned wand to start with, does nothing for you.

I know.
I did some gems swap/change before. The wand is equipped as second weapon.
Just wanted to drop a thank you for sharing this build! Been having the most fun I've had in a league in a long time.

Still wrong weapon, cant have add fire dmg to spells. This might even be worse than your wand.
I used this build as a start, its a pretty good build. I'm at the point now where I don't think it's worth the investment to get more out of it. (I'm saying there are a lot of builds that will do way more damage for the same investment.) However the playstyle is definitely chill.

I agree. Great starter build. I have played RF before but this Elementalist has been the smoothest transition into using it, thanks largely to Stone Golem's flat life regen and Ele's golem buff effects. Feels good. Pendulum of Destruction also suits it well. Still... Chieftain is the king of RF right now.

I'm also not sure this will scale well into endgame. We are using mechanics halfway without scaling them-- Golem buffs without primordial items, endurance with only 3 max charges. I look at what Chieftains are doing with RF/Enduring Cry and like 9 max endurance charges, and I am jealous.

I might adjust it some more. Any warcry on its own without investing in cooldown/instant just... doesn't feel great. If that's your one button I would strongly recommend picking up Deep Breaths and Call to Arms. While I'm down there I thought I could scale some Armour also. My current tree looks like this. Still playing around with it, though.

I've also been running Infernal Cry instead of Enduring-- the Covered in Ash debuff helps our RF damage, and the pack-clearing explosions feel amazing.

To go a different route, getting away from the warcry... I love the different EE/inspiration trigger ideas I've seen in this thread, like Frostblink, or Cyclone & The Stampede (with cold or lightning to attacks on gloves).

Thank you SO MUCH wrecker_of_days for taking the time to create/update these guides, and for engaging with everyone in these threads. You are a cool person. I hurt my wrist so I need something easy to play, and I saw you recommend this on Reddit. I have played this game for years and I still can't come up with builds on my own. I really appreciate your philosophy here, making builds that are mechanically simple and don't rely on uniques. It's excellent for players with disabilities, or players who just want that "stress-free" experience.

This was my league starter, and it just can't melt things as fast as I thought it would.

My Gear

also using 3 clusters with Burning Bright, Widespread Destruction, Wrapped In Flame, Brewed for Potency, and Molten Ones's Mark

just anointed divine judgment
Disclaimer: I'm only at yellow maps, and I'm still a PoE noob.

I'm not sure if the linking of gems here fails to distinguish between corrupted gems and Vaal gems, but neither of you (istehwin and Freakynorm) seem to have the Vaal variant of Righteous Fire. The tooltip does say corrupted, but it doesn't mention its Vaal component.

So if you don't have it, Vaal RF is the way to go. That alone might be enough to make life a bit easier.

I also found my damage throughput was increased by self-casting Cold Snap (for triggering elemental equilibrium) and Flammability. Not having to wait for incoming damage to get these two off is nice.
Also if the Wave of Conviction+Purifying flame CwDT goes off, I can quickly reapply the right Elemental Equilibrium with Cold Snap.
