I was thinking about the curses on the rings. Aren't curses applied after calculating the first hit damage? that is, if our build relies on one-shots, then curses do not work in most cases? I felt it today when I made a 100% delirium map. the first slam did about 20% mobs hp while the second killed everyone. that is, is flamability on skitterbots more useful than flamability on the ring?
Up to about 110mil dmg. Took the maven out for the first time on my second try (last portal)! Very fun fight but a little chaotic and not sure about that memory game... thanks for the build! Very fun so far

Superior Fortify 21/23 as I think the anomalous effect is rounded down to zero

Superior Blood and Sand 7/* regular, the others are worthless for us

Second Wind
Superior Second Wind 21/20 as Q23 gets rounded down
Anomalous Flame Dash */20 for extra distance
Phantasmal Intimidating Cry for an extra bit of damage

Anomalous Cast when Damage Taken */23 for more increased duration

Note that wherever Anomalous/Divergent/Phantasmal Q23 and lvl 21 is usually better, but these are far from easy to obtain

I think the only difference is the 23% quality, practically it wouldn't make much of difference, but theoretically yes, that's an improvement.

If you take a look at minmaxed build gears you will see we have other ways to deal with stun. the -20 mana cost is not necessary because it only applies to tectonic slam, the main purpose of having -9 mana cost on ring is to reduce mana on other skills like warcries, flame dash and phase run.

Oneshot is our goal but it's not that we rely on it.

Mechanic-wise, it's true that our second hit is much more powerful because of the flammability and ignite buff. But most of the time when our damage is good, the second hit isn't even necessary. So what you should do is to improve your damage.

Overall, oneshot is good, but it would be wrong to rely on it. If the first hit didn't kill, simply dash away, and hit again 2 seconds later :)
