Thanks for making this guide but I have a question. Why do we use the timeless jewel to get the perk corrupted soul. Wouldnt that just lower our survivability?
What are the requirements for the fossil crafted staff?

I am new to this, but what is the base item I should start with? A white staff level what?
Hi, I have a question about PoB calculations. I am currently using the Budget non-crit version and as far as I can tell I have pretty much the gear mentioned in the build. But PoB shows me waaay less damage than it should (supposedly) show. I know that the DPS isn't exactly accurate for the playstyle of the build but I was wondering why is there such a big difference ? What am I missing ?

PS: I know it's only level 86 but the remaining points are just some increased life.

it's explained on the main guide, be sure to read the q&a and all sections.

leech from cinderswallow keeps the es up while mapping and also helps with mana leech. 3% rolls for mana and es are nice. You'll have es as you wipe mobs.

This gets explained over and over again. On the config page switch warcry calculation to max hit.

you'll jump to 8.7mil

This damage isn't so consistent in the early builds but once you go crit things start feeling a lot better.

edit to add: I think it's useful to know both of these values as you'll be playing in both situations at times. Sometimes in rituals you just gotta smash. I've also had better luck face spamming on some of the bosses to get them down, especially elder guardians when they respawn in rituals but this is with 42 million max hits and 11 mil warcry average dps

crit mods are all suffix correct? If I craft crit chance for spells then use non crit to crit can I get increased crit instead of that strength roll? strength would have to be the non crit removed to make space for the crit craft?

or am i way off base here?

Non-crit could remove any mod except crit multi and aug withcrit chance.
Can I use this chest instead of yours?

Hey guys,

Would appreciate some advice on my weapon (check profile if you don't mind). It's a Jugg Staff with pretty decent physical damage, I crafted multi mod + hits can't be evaded, and have room for 1 more suffix. I'm considering either crit multi, attack speed, or something that adds +quality for more base damage. Which would be best?

Also, how are we supposed to run Anger + Skitter + Herald + Blood and Sand? This is in the guide, but even with my 25% anger mana reservation amulet, and an Enlighten 3, these don't all fit. Technically I can run them all, but I'm left with 6 mana and can't even attack once :)

I see you dont have attack speed either on boots enchnt or gloves so if u feel that the tectonic slam dont slam fast enough i'd suggest crafting attack speed but if u feel good with the slams then u can craft crit multi.All up to personal preference i'd say.You also could harvest craft remove that crit chance then craft crit+quality and then augment with crit or attack speed.
