you don't need to buy prismatic skin from the trade site. You can anoint it yourself.

You will need 1 silver and 2 golden oils. Once you have those, go to Cassia and have her anoint either your boots or your amulet.

But it can be cheaper just to buy boots and amulet with prismatic skin or soul of steel on.
Anyway: In the filter you start writing: Allocates. Then you get a bunch of choices to the right where you write Prismatic skin or whatever anoitment you will search for.

Is this build viable with an Omni amulet? I got one now and wondering if Incinerate Inquisitor Omni could work... any ideas? thanks.

I just gave a once over to the Balance patch. Here is what I noticed:

* Our core of Determination and Aegis shield went untouched

* Aegis may come down in price because they nerfed Melding of the Flesh which was one of the reasons Aegis skyrocketed in price. It may have no effect though.

* Defiance Banner took a massive nerf and may not be worth running any more.

* Artic Armor got a massive buff though, and I think it is something we need to consider now going forward. I think the Arctic Armor buff more than makes up for the loss of Defiance Banner. 8% LESS physical damage is a really big buff.

"Arctic Armour now grants 11–21% less Physical Damage taken from Hits while stationary at gem levels 1–20 (previously 8–13%), and 11–20% less Fire Damage taken from Hits while stationary at gem levels 1–20 (previously 8–12%)."

*Brittle was nerfed which may cause the Inquisitor version using Leadership's Price to no longer be OP. I have to see what the numbers look like in POB but I have a feeling Elementalist may be a stronger build for 3.19.

*This could potentially be a big nerf to all builds:

The Reservation Mastery that granted 15% increased Mana Reservation Efficiency of Skills has been removed from the Passive Skill Tree.



Let me know what you guys see that could effect us in 3.19 that I may have missed on my first read through...

This league I finally did an inquisitor incinerate and it felt good. When I read that brittle buff I feel like it kills the inquisitor version. Going from 15% to 6% crit on brittle is losing 1/3 the damage, so yeah elementalist no-crit version might be back.

The 15% mana reservation is a big nerf, I think it means dropping defiance banner with nothing to replace it.

People wills till want Aegis with the Melding nerf, because the ES recovery is just that good, and +5 max cold is still a huge chunk.

Assuming no big surprises in the patch notes, we will have to take a long look at the auras to see what is the best package we can fit in with the space we have. Lots of choices.

Arctic Armor is such a big buff I may try and work it in. Since the amulet slot will open up using Elementalist, I can probably drop Purity of Elements. We will get freeze and shock immunity from Arctic Armor and Tempest Shield.

I am sure this is nothing more than trying to douse the red hot flames in reddit right now of anger....Hopefully something will help us.....It would be cool if something like Cerberus Limb or our Stampede boots got buffed :)

PoE Pals - we've spent a lot of time discussing your feedback today and yesterday. One note is that there are things coming in the full reveal that complement the manifesto and fill out the bigger picture. One example is that there are buffs to over 100 unique items. Stay tuned.

Keeping my hopes down since the last time when they "buffed 40+ gems" turned out to be crap :D
