Are you sure you did ? That wand has like not a single desirable mod for the build, maybe the cold damage and even that is subpar.
There are plenty of wands that are huge upgrades over this for as little as 10c on market.
Also yeah, Frenzy not being supported by Barrage Support is a big no no... You need to use either Barrage alone or Frenzy + Barrage Support in order to properly trigger the Spellslinger skills.
Edit: In regards to not tanking. Your gear has a lot of life, which is kinda useless, and very few ES, which is kinda vital.
You should consider doing things in order, basic survivability is more important than big dps. For example getting the Circle of Anguish and Enchantment is something you should consider doing AFTER your character is already clearing T16s with somewhat confidence. I rocked a no enchant and double rare ring character for very long and it was doing just fine. Of course I wasn't zoom zooming all content like I am now, but that came later when I upgraded to the full build. (and the pre-upgrade thing was on a 5L Shavronne, 40c wand with 2 desirable mods only and with at most 10ex budget, already able to clear T16s)
Your Helm has no ES, your boots have no ES, your belt has no ES, no wonder you die often. Also the build isn't meant to facetank content imho, unless we're talking legacy and mirror-tier items pretty much everywhere. Many things in juicy T16s will still insta-pop you if you don't play decently carefully.
Yes I did.
I know my wand was shit. That is true, but my DPS was never an issues.
I have changed my wand into:
I also have a little bit of ES on boots and Waist. Can prob get more, but starting to get really poor.
I also have this head:
But then I will have to change my Concentrated Effect Support with the Hypothermia.
It's very difficult to test because with Awakened Spell Cascade on Desecrate the additional casts happen IN THE MIDDLE of when your VD/DD are going off. I finally bought a second ASC to play around with so I just found that out. Theoretical single target:
Scenario 1:
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 15 corpses consumed
DD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 5 corpses consumed
Expected damage = 15 + ~1.5*5 = 22.5x damage
Scenario 2 (VD enchant, somehow fitting in reservation):
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 20 corpses consumed with enchant
DD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 5 corpses consumed
Expected damage = 20 + ~1.5*5 = 27.5x damage but you won't have the corpses to support this on single target.
Scenario 3 (VD enchant, no DD with another support):
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 20 corpses consumed with enchant
Expected damage = 20*~1.42 = 28.4x damage.
So you'd come to the conclusion that skipping DD and just using VD is ~25% more damage, opposed to the 30% CDR enchant being ~11% more damage. There's a problem though. VD is capped at 60 balls and you hit that cap in about a second. When you hit the cap your oldest balls explode on the spot. So if they're not yet near the mob they do ZERO damage. You also lose out on the instant DD damage that pops packs as you're zooming around maps.
When I tested my single target with ASC on desecrate compared to normal SC the damage really isn't any different, despite having way more balls spawning. A lot of VD balls were missing the boss. You could remove Concentrated Effect for Hypothermia, but then you're just trading one source of damage for another and it's hard to calculate.
So it comes down to personal preference in how you want your hits to hit. If you want more higher damage heat seeking balls go full VD. If you want more instant damage go VD/DD. Pure VD might end up being better for T19 100% delirious maps because all of that area damage from the prematurely exploding VD balls won't be wasted.
can you explain please how exactly all mechanics about spawning and exploding corpses work.
desecrate tooltip shows that "maximum 10 corpses allowed" so every set of abilitys we can't spawn and explode more then 10 corpses? 12 with Undertaker. so awakened spell cascade cant spawn more then 12 corpses. even common sc can spawn 3x5=15 corpses so awakened sc that can spawn more in reality spawn same 12 and useless?

Like I said, I think you got your priorities wrong.
A 5L and no enchant is already plenty enough for the build to strive in T16s. I cleared Awakener 8 on a 5L with no enchant, you don't need them. What you need is decent ES and like you said dps is not the issue.
I was at around 6.8k ES for Awakener 8. Obviously wasn't deathless and I died a couple of times in maps (still do to rippy stuff).
I didn't have cluster jewels either. I switched to cluster even later because while they're a nice EHP upgrade, they're actually a significant dps loss. (went from 550k DD dps to 420k when switching to cluster jewels, but I gained 10% Spellblock and around 1.5k ES)
If dps is not an issue but surviving is, sacrifice some dps for EHP, it's as easy as that. And 15ex is by no means poor in that regards.
Upgrades for your belt and boots could be found for 10c, so if you invest 1ex each... Of course these won't be your endgame gear, just temporary until you can farm for endgame gear or craft it yourself.

Okey.
I do have 6k ES right now, with the gear I have on me.
I can see if I can get boots and belt upgrade somewhere.

I'm pretty sure zzang mentioned it in his guide, but imho the path when transitioning to LL in a temporary league should be :
- Get 5L Shav + Chayula and some decent but cheap rare stuff
- Get Crown with no enchant or some decent rare
- Get a Mana Reservation + Buff effect Circle of Anguish (should be rather cheap)
- Fit Herald of Ash + Blood Magic somewhere
- Get your 6L Shavronne
- At this point, your ES should be around 7-8k and your dps plenty enough for T16s even though bosses might take a bit long, not insta-popping conqs
- Start saving for Crown with enchant, I honestly feel like the CDR enchant is better, but whatever floats your boat
- Get the enchant, if CDR enchant : get a Circle of Anguish with Fire damage + Buff effect. If Mana enchant, get 2 such Circle of Anguish
- Get your cluster jewels now that dps should be taken care of for good (I had to wait longer because of the fix obviously)
And then start looking for better gear in no particular order:
- A belt with 20% CDR and a lot of ES (Crusader and/or Shaper Crystal Belt)
- Good boots (either utility (tailwind, elusive etc...) or survivability (200+ ES))
- Good gloves (dps (attack speed (not sure if needed), unnerve on hit, culling strike) or survivability (230+ ES))
- Bottled Faith at some point, it's kinda huge
- Can start looking for double corruption on shield (like +2 Aura or +2 AoE)
- Watcher's Eye with 2 to 3 mods for Zealotry/Anger/Discipline
- Transcendent Flesh
- Energy from Within, with Corrupted Blood corruption ultimately
- Good wand. Great ones are mirror tier, but you can buy a base for like 10ex top and make it yourself, like this :
(I bought the T0 flat Fire + fire gems for 7ex, I removed everything else, multi mod and slam warlord, total cost around 15ex)

Okey. Most of the gear I have is from a friend who quit for the season.
I am still learning the mechanics of the game, and the crafting is still "greek" to me, and still trying to learn it.
The problem is that I do not know what is good, so I do not know what to craft.
Then the problem with "cash" gets into the picture. If I can't craft things to sell, I won't get any exalts to buy gear. Raw exalts drops are so rare this season that it is sad.

Well, for the issues you raised :
- "I do not know what is good" : This is why the guide is there, read it carefully and zzang explains what is good. You can also have a look at different guides for similar builds (there is an other LL VD build with some more details about the wand for instance).
Other good idea is to check the gear that zzang has and other people discussing here have. It will give you a good idea of what is desirable. For the wand for instance, the "best" is flat fire damage to attacks (because spellslinger adds that directly to your triggered spells) and +1 to level of fire gems (because Volatile Dead and Detonate Dead are fire spells and usually in PoE spells profit a lot from levels (unlike attacks))
- "I do not know what to craft" : Learning to craft in PoE takes quite a long time, I didn't do any crafting in the first like 4 leagues I played. Only recently did I look into it because you need knowledge and cash. (although Harvest makes it easier)
poedb and craftofexile make it waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier to craft stuff. But be careful and triple check everything, everyone does mistake, paying attention to tags is the key.
- "If I can't craft things to sell" : Do not craft to sell then. Period. Play the game, make currency. I didn't make a single craft this league to sell (even though I crafted some of my stuff) and I made total like 120ex this league ? You run T14s, get an exalt there, a temple corruption here, some catalysts, some delirium splinters, an Elder encounter for a Prismatic... Slowly it adds up. And then, at the point you're at, you don't need 10ex to make an upgrade. So you take 2ex, you make a solid upgrade and progress to farming juiced up T16s. The more currency you use on maps, the more returns you get.
I run all my maps with : 20% Quality, at least 25% Pack size, corrupted, full Awakened sextants, Gilded Legion, Gilded Metamorph and some more fragments depending on map or sextants. And I'm far from being full juice like others do.
So yeah, just playing the game regularly should get you money to upgrade eventually, or invest into your own crafts. For instance I've detailed how to create a very decent belt a few pages earlier, in a deterministic way for around 10ex.
