I just have one question. I have the 30% cooldown recovery speed enchant and will be able to go from 52% to 69% cooldown recovery.
This means going from 3.03 to 3.36 possible aps.
To utilize the cooldown recovery, do i need attack speed for my frenzy set-up to go 3.36 aps? So both aps spellslinger aps and frenzy aps match?
As long as you use corpse pact and a 1.5 APS wand with the recommended trigger setup (frenzy+barrage support) you dont need to worry about your APS. im in std hitting 69% CDR and have no missed triggers. We are above the 3.36 APS threshold which means with barrage support we wont miss triggers due to the attack animation counting as "attacking".
why nobody talking about vd+1 enchant - as i see it it's clear 25% more dps...
there are 2 variants:
1. 69%cdr (head spellslinger cdr enchant)
2. 52%cdr (head vd+1 enchant) - it's 10% less because of cdr but 25% more because of vd+1.
why nobody even talking about vd+1 if it's clear win in every situation?
It's very difficult to test because with Awakened Spell Cascade on Desecrate the additional casts happen IN THE MIDDLE of when your VD/DD are going off. I finally bought a second ASC to play around with so I just found that out. Theoretical single target:
Scenario 1:
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 15 corpses consumed
DD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 5 corpses consumed
Expected damage = 15 + ~1.5*5 = 22.5x damage
Scenario 2 (VD enchant, somehow fitting in reservation):
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 20 corpses consumed with enchant
DD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 5 corpses consumed
Expected damage = 20 + ~1.5*5 = 27.5x damage but you won't have the corpses to support this on single target.
Scenario 3 (VD enchant, no DD with another support):
VD + Awakened Spell Cascade = up to 20 corpses consumed with enchant
Expected damage = 20*~1.42 = 28.4x damage.
So you'd come to the conclusion that skipping DD and just using VD is ~25% more damage, opposed to the 30% CDR enchant being ~11% more damage. There's a problem though. VD is capped at 60 balls and you hit that cap in about a second. When you hit the cap your oldest balls explode on the spot. So if they're not yet near the mob they do ZERO damage. You also lose out on the instant DD damage that pops packs as you're zooming around maps.
When I tested my single target with ASC on desecrate compared to normal SC the damage really isn't any different, despite having way more balls spawning. A lot of VD balls were missing the boss. You could remove Concentrated Effect for Hypothermia, but then you're just trading one source of damage for another and it's hard to calculate.
So it comes down to personal preference in how you want your hits to hit. If you want more higher damage heat seeking balls go full VD. If you want more instant damage go VD/DD. Pure VD might end up being better for T19 100% delirious maps because all of that area damage from the prematurely exploding VD balls won't be wasted.

Having a blast with the build for now, I decided to go with the CDR enchant over the mana reservation one, losing a socket in the process but I believe reaching the 69% threshold while still keeping HoA up makes up for it. What do you guys think about it ? (I also must admit having all my life reserved instead of 69% feels good)
Not quite sure what to upgrade next, a double corrupted Shav or crazy wand maybe, with 3 mods Watcher's ?

Crafting with Harvest was pretty fun, made the boots, gloves and belt myself. I wanted to zoom zoom through the maps, and I don't use Cinderswallow (since I need some suffixes for frozen and warding) so Onslaught on kill was nice for that.
May I ask what are the steps to create that belt and the budget?
Crafting such a belt is actually very easy, because there are only 4 Defence modifiers on Redeemer base, so you're guaranteed to hit it if you don't mind the Armour.
Steps :
- Get ilvl 85+ Crusader Crystal Belt
- Alt spam until your get the T1 Cooldown Recovery and either a desirable mod or one you can target remove with Harvest (like any resist)
- Regal (imprint in case) to get something desirable or removable
- Remove everything you don't want
- Augment Defence 4 times, you can only get Armour / Flat ES / %ES / %ES recovery
- If you're unhappy with the rolls or such, you can go back to the imprint step
- Once down, you're left with an empty suffix modifier, do whatever you want with that, I chose to augment Lightning because I need resists

I do clearing pretty well, but bosses above T14 is a pain in the ass. Some bosses go down easy in T14 - T15 but when I get to T16 I have no chance at all.
The bosses one shot me and everything.
Anyone can give a little hint on what to improve here?
I have about 15ex to my disposal right now, and I want to be able to kill bosses so that I can progress.
