[3.13]🏹 Poison Barrage-VF / Scourge Arrow / TR PF | Bottled Fortify | The Tankiest Ranger + High DPS

In retrospect MS on left click probably would've been a good idea, although it can sometimes backfire on Baran/No Regen maps. The Phasing on Kill node might have been enough to help me over the hump as well, but I just feel a lot more in control with the Dodge variant due to how absolutely fat Immortal Call is. Whenever the giant green eyeball appears over my head, I know I have like 4 seconds of disrespecting Physical damage entirely.

Edit: Also I got nostalgic for my old Harvest bow so I recreated it. Two extra arrows passively from gear does some nice work for both SA and the TR Totems:

Finally trying pestiliant strike over SA.
Even with just the weapons swap only, it feels very good. As a defensive setup, probably one of the best (if not the best) builds I've played in since 2012.
I think almost every attack skill will work atm.

Thanks for sharing. Glad you like the defensive layer.

If you do have the frenzy generation (chest or quiver), try Snakebite gloves (non-channelling skills). It should practically give better DPS than the Fenumus when you are at your max charges.

Btw, did you have a chance to try the Barrage variant?

P/s: you need 6 charges for snakebite to shine.

How much of a difference does the crit dmg WE mod for determination do to tankyness? It looks quite juicy, and since I have a long way til i can afford Malev WE im thinking of picking it up for some extra tankyness.

Constantly forget to ask this. Wolfie, why you used Blast Rain and not Toxic Rain for apply Withering Touch? DMG should be scale better with TR, no?

Anyone try Penitent Mask as base for craft already? How does it work for you?

In my opinion. Overpriced. Sold it on standart for 75ex yesterday, another offers start from 125. With this price you can dress up new build... or two them.

Only determ mod ones cost around 1-2ex, But thats without malev mods.
Theyre same price here in ritual, 15ex for either malev + crit reduction or additional phys mitigsation. I swapped from crit reduction to phys mitigation yesterday

How did that swap feel for you? I think a WE is the next big upgrade if I dont craft a better chestpiece atm.
Probably a mistake (currently) - it looks like physical mitigation is capped at 90%. I can see it being better in the transcendence version though, but right now it just overcaps me doing nothing.

Did you put the damage = 9k into PoB?

Btw, changing to transcendence is simply swapping a jewel by a timeless jewel. Try it out. You may want to experiment phys reduction flask such as Taste of Hate with Transcendence though.
