Sorry for the delayed reply. I'd like to answer some of the questions asked here and via PM recently. " V-Rift and Darkscorn have different scaling, so they are not directly competing with each other. Darkscorn is directly compared with a poison Elder (thicket) bow, and the latter (elder bow) is superior even with 50c-100c investment. V-Rift scales damage hits from the initial arrows that can inflict large shock thanks to the bow's mod "Shock Enemies as though dealing 300% more Damage". Mid game, we have one choice that is V-Rift. End-game we can either choose to push with: Poison Scourge Arrow/Toxic Rain + Blast Rain PF| Bottled Fortify:

to (after 7 rolls of corroded + aberrant + shuddering) to (best is T1 APS + flat chaos + Chance for poison to deal double damage + 40% Chaos DoT Multi). That's not mentioned the Harvest-crafted bow that will become non-trivial to craft: " Way tankier, yes. Less damage, no. Our build has multiple path for the end game: ultra tanky, high DPS, or both. " In Harvest league, we have created a new way (meta?) of playing with SA in which we used initial arrows to clear instead of waiting for the delayed damage from the thorn arrows, which explodes from spore pods. This style requires multiple initial arrows and has proved to be the best way to clear with initial arrows. " Just want to dig a bit deeper. Default: each spore pod fires 9 thorn arrows. Since the arrows from a pod are emitted at the same time, only one can hit the same target. So +2 thorn arrows each pod will not increase the DPS. It will, however, increase the chance that at least one arrow from each spore pod hits the target. In other words, it means we may not need the +1 arrow for single target if we have this alternate quality. Will need lots of test though. @WolfieNa whats your take on marks, sniper's mark we discussed earlier. Increase projectile hit damage, will this be worth with how this build scales its dps (scourge arrow variant)?

" I think it may be worth it. I'm sorry that I haven't been able to take a closer look into the mark mechanics and how it would interact with the hex one. I was thinking of Mark as a situational skill for bosses. However, the sniper's mark seems to be an interesting catch that you can cast it on a mob then shoot that mob with projectiles that have pierce. Theres more interesting stuff:
Mirage archer: - increased skill effect duration - shots 2 more arrows but less archer duration Both seems to be pretty solid Withering touch: - increased skill effect duration - 20% chance to add additional withered stack Those changes allow to much easier withered stacking, and tbh number of withered stacks on target is the biggest source of damage increase in this build. Toxic rain: - fires 2 additional arrows, reduced debuff This looks very interesting too, those 2 additional arrows might make toxic rain variation superior to scourge arrow ?
