" Thanks for pointing out the taunt jewel, I had one but I guess I swapped it out or rerolled it without noticing that I'd lose that effect. I'm still somewhat new to the game, started with metamorph league, and I have to admit I have no real clue how these timeless jewels work. If I understand correctly I place them in a jewel socket and they change all nodes in a certain radius around the socket. In this particular case I would need a Glorious Vanity with the Doryani modifier to get the Corrupted Soul keystone and all the smaller nodes will be changed to other stats depending on the numeric roll. Assuming that is correct: 1. Is there any way to test a numeric value to see what the nodes would change to? 2. Do all the small nodes get the same stat or will all be different? 3. Do I completely lose all the previous stats, meaning I should avoid placing the jewel near important keystones? | |
Question: Is there a dps difference between the blade fall drops and the normal weapon drops?

i need help on scaling EE. should it be fire/lightning to spells or can it be to attacks or just simply fire damage/lightning damage. and i have it on my jewel. is that okay or should it be on a weapon?
PLEASE CORRECT ME IF I HAVE SOMETHING WRONG TO SCALE EE. THANKSYOU! https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/babyfranet/characters?charactername=weaponintomybutt |

" Yes. When you animate a weapon, you get its base damage stats. All weapons have different damage stats. Lingering Blades are Glass Shanks which also have an additional damage boost to make them useful. In general though, I think you will do better on average just picking up weapons that randomly drop while mapping. Your average two handed weapon will typically be stronger than a Lingering Blade. |

" The AG and the character are two separate entities. I believe Whispers of Doom only effects you the character. I believe using Windscream would allow for a second curse but I am unsure how the AG would do it since I think Gloves are the only method and you can only do one with corrupted gloves. Some people use the AG to apply one curse and then they apply a second but that can be tricky because if the AG continues to curse more than once on a boss, he wipes out your curse. I have never attempted this so I don't know for sure. Last edited by AndyLovesHisBge on Mar 23, 2020, 10:21:05 AM

" 1) no. The number is a random seed. The only way to know exactly what it does is to have some one with the identical number show you on his tree. 2) I am unsure as I have never used this gem. I asked on reddit and the answer was that they will all be different/random. Roll to roll and with in the same roll. 3) It only effects passive, notables and keystones that you have allocated. Any other that it changes is meaningless to your build unless you have allocated them. In general the idea is to buy the cheapest one you can find, and then test it. If you don't like the changes, you can divine it if needed. Using a divine orb will change the random seed. Last edited by AndyLovesHisBge on Mar 23, 2020, 10:46:27 AM

any1 knows how to show weapons on ground for sfhobbit sovereign filter?
| |
" Load his filter into your filter blade screen and then adjust it to add the melee weapon drops. From the build guide: On the first page, select the Strictness of filter that you want (for example, in late game, Very Strict). Under the “Customize” tab, scroll down to Miscellaneous >>> Optional Filter Modules >>> Animate Weapon Mode. Pick the correct option (Normal, Spirit Guards if you use that jewel, Cloak of Tawm’r Isley if you use that item) and click Show. Save it, and then download it and use it. |
