1) Can someone do the math on how are we getting 79% block chance? I have only 69 when I press character window and 77 in POB: https://pastebin.com/RbW5sMHe
2) Are there differences between budget and 'min-maxed' skill tree because the latter isn't opening for me. I saw others saying the same. | |

Have currency for next additional upgrade. Should I get bottled faith or 2 impale Watcher's Eye?

" For me Bottled was the much bigger upgrade, though Watcher's is constant/no need to have the flasks up. Also check for PoB for concrete numbers for your build. IMO Bottled is better since you also get regen and the burst is just so strong. |
