EA 3.9 Ignite -- Cap Your Damage
You said can, does that mean not always? Sorry I'm really ignorant about this penalty lol. I hover my default attack on the binds and it still shows the 1-2 cold damage on attack, but maybe that's before penalties idk

" If you see that over your 3 different EA tooltips then you are probably okay. I am not sure if EE requires you to do the damage to an enemy pre-mitigation though, it may be that the 2 is divided by 4 on 75% resist targets and effectively does not damage the enemy. Guys, in all builds with Damage Over Time from ailments, desirable to use Temporal Chain - as the second curse. Given the fact that we can take the second curse for 3 nods on passive tree, it would be prudent to use it, in addition we have mana, since we do not use Heralds. Why is PoB does't expect a significant increase damage from fire over time damage, if you Increase Duration of Ignight, this is a mistake, or Burning will not work as a poison? " TC is gross here. It has high opportunity cost of a gem and 3 skill points, which the build can already hardly spare, very low effect against bosses, and very high effect against mobs which you want to kill quickly. Temporal Chains extends fuse duration. This seems good, but it ends up breaking the skill and preventing damage in nearly any scenario due to the ignite bug, as well as slows clear to a terrible extent. (Worse than taking literally every source of duration imaginable) If you are suggesting running it on mana, that is even worse for opportunity cost. The build makes good use of almost 90% of mana anyway. Poison scales in POB because new applications stack. New applications of ignite do not. However since there is a long window between ignite applications on the single target setup of this build as well as ignite acceleration which shortens total duration but not total damage, we can assume that it is more damage, but POB cannot. using the DPS spreadsheet provided, I have only 8m dps. Anything I can do to improve that? I know I need a better amulet, and possibly awakened gems. Anything else? Those are a bit outside my budget at the moment
