GGG have obviously been busy with ExileCon, perhaps communication between staff in the customer service team has been impacted, i.e. it's entirely possible that they were told to stick to a script meanwhile some higher ups have been able to update everyone on the situation via Twitter but that may not have filtered down to the people on the ground. Not excusing anyone by the way, it's probable that information dissemination has de-synced a bit while this gets sorted out. The new work weeks starts tomorrow, I'd give it 24 to 48 hours and see what happens.

nothing will happen you will see. do you really expect them to look into this? they are too greedy to even give a free pixel at their biggest day. i am sure this was planned exactly as it is to boost twitch numbers heavily and cash off there too.

i even wrote an email asking what was wrong with the drops cause neither me or anyone i know got shit. they replied all is working correctly and they are sorry. while on other places they admit it was clearly going wrong.

I think people were satisfied if the GGG would give us even a free fairgraves or harlequin chest, if we linked the Twitch account to PoE.

Lie is not a solution. Sometimes been honest and admit you`re mistakes would save you from been decapitated. :D I know is hard, but is necesary.
I faced an similar denial problem few weeks ago, with my ISP here in Romania. They sent me a disconnect notice for unpaid bills, before even to be out of the time limit, and they disconnected me. I called them and the yound women operator who answered didnt wanted to admit that they mistaken by send that notice and disconnect me before the time limit period... I had to do convice work on the phone with her almost 30 minutes. But before to hung up the phone she admited and she asked appologies on behalf of the company she works for.

Wow, I was hyped for the extremely favorable odds for getting MTX (almost everyone that watches both days would get at least one item!) but clearly something went wrong ... which is a shame because it sours what was otherwise a great con. Hard not to feel that way though considering that MTX is expensive and this should have been a great chance to get some for free (like the Twitch Prime MTX offer earlier this year).

Both Armour Packs and a Fire Cloak were in my inbox today. So Twitch Drops actually did work.

It seems like they fucked up on day 1 but made it work for day 2. Seems like ppl are just mad 'bout their bad luck. Doesn't seem to be the best mindset for games like PoE.

I am just wondering one thing. People who received drop are they all amazon prime owners?

For the love of the God stop it with "Bad luck" there is nothing here about bad luck.

I WAS WATCHING THE STREAMS LIVE FOR BOTH DAYS FOR 8 AND 7 HOURS!!!! AND I GOT NOTHING FOR BOTH DAYS!!!!!!!!! HOW UNLUCKY!!!! BULLSHIT!!

Maybe I'm wrong but I fail to find that these "1.5%" are cumulative. So it's far from being "almost guaranteed".

also watch both entire streams and got no drops kinda upset about that knowing the odds
