i got the email too...everything is working fine and they are sorry i got bad luck...

not any of my friends got a drop either and we all watched way over 10h each. this was just a made up lie to boost twitch numbers.

great problem management. simply lie to your customers that you want to buy overpriced crap mtx in future. a company that is too greedy to even give out a free MTX at their biggest event ever...well idk if they really deserve my money

Watched day two and got nothing.
What i was wondering is who is lying here. Someone is saying there got mail where they say everything was working fine and you had just bad luck and other people say they got mail saying there were problems.

GGG just said sorry for their fk up with DROPS on twitch and doubled drop rate of Exalts. Just got one literaly from nowhere on the map. TY GGG

This whole thing lacks leadership, companies like BB or Blizzard hand out free stuff all the time for their loyal community.

Stuff that usually costs 30 bucks or more in their shop. GGG can´t even manage to run an event like Exilecon properly. It reminds me of their promise to fix the memory leak or performance many leagues ago, something that has not yet happened.

I understand they are all random guys who made a company, but oh boy, they need to hire people that understand running a buisness, so that these things won´t happen again. Young kids won´t care, but as older your community becomes, as more people will start caring and then move to other companies and their games, leaving you with no money.


It just happens too often, even if they send a free MTX to everyone now, the issues are too obvious and require immediat attention.
