That's really interesting, I wonder if you get anything from Summon Skelletons in bosses, since you have so many zombies that I doubt all of them can hit a boss, skelletons in theory won't be able to, or will do it but block zombies from doing dmg. Your amount of ES is insane and I belive your clear speed is also bonkers in maps.

The top builds on Metamorph HC all use wands too, if you look on poe.ninja's HC chart you see the majority of the top lv.100 players are necromancers but they play the templar/guardian splash and run wand/shield.

Aside from that though the gear and gems are very similar, I was going to try it but im too spoiled with the automated cyclone setup, I guess I could go with a "cast socketed gems when you use a skill" on a wand but eh, idk.

I've thought about it and yeah they are probably getting blocked on many occasions but I like to pop the Vaal Summon to have a wall of minions to keep me safe. I'm pushing for 99 at the moment and I try to take every precaution. Also, pushing the summon skeles button keeps me from getting completely bored. I zoom around the maps using only my flasks and my summon skeles button. I also have a spirit shield if I really want to amp up the defense. With the shield I hit ~25000 ES. Dual wand I'm at 21383. 2978 strength. Should hit 3000 at level 100 with my current plan.

Fossil crafting the wands for +1 all spells and +1 all minion skills isn't terrible. If you decide to give a wand/wands a try, that might be a good route. It's probably about 50-60c a try and you can block quite a bit of affixes with a quad fossil craft. Use a ilvl 72 wand if you want a better chance at crafting something decent. Do note that it locks out tier 1 minion damage and tier 1 minion attack/cast speed though.

Taking out the cyclone link opens a lot of possibilities. Some that I likely haven't even realized as this summon skeles 4-link is probably sub-optimal.

So I just decided to try something and it totally worked. My hubris has one minion damage passive that was quite expensive, 5 points to get to. The other nodes were all 2 to 2.5 to get to. I decided to try annoiting my amulet to the expensive passive and just pathing to Death Attunement. Totally works, I get slum lord passive from it, and by pathing to Death attunement I get all the minion dmg, minion life, leech etc on the nodes on the way to it instead of things that get nulled out by hubris. Cost 1 more point to do this, but was a big increase to damage. 700% flat minion damage in the in game misc character tab. Bring it on world!

I dont play without one, I typically link mine with empower and minion damage aswell but atm im just trying it stand alone.

The relics fantastic though, I even know a few folks who run it 6 linked in chest. Between the relic's regen and grave intentions wheel your minions stay in god mode.

(usual setup is dread banner alone in an unset ring, then empower/minion damage/carrion golem/holy relic in a 4 link, for sirus and uber elder I swap that minion damage into my zombie link for feeding frenzy)

The ground effect increases the damage taken of the enemy, its not so much to buff your damage, it boosts your minion's damage by debuffing whatever is standing on the consecrated ground.

Its just extra, not needed, my old videos of 3 second a8 conqueror kills were never under any flask effects. Dont feel like you have to drop 10-15ex on one until your min/max'd.
