Might be a dumb question, but I saw that ancestral warchief is not in the game anymore. What can i use instead while leveling?

I am just starting with this build now. I see using 2h is the way to go. My question is, where am I supposed to be getting my attack speed from. 1.2 attacks per second is so damn slow. Every ground slam happens once every 7-10 business days. How do I get some attack speed?
