" Gloomfang is a 10% more multiplier in single target so we need something comparable Yoke of Suffering if you have Scourge Arrow for the big shocks Gloom or a good rare for barrage. Yeah, knock them back into the wall unleash hell they die so much faster. Scourge will always be better as it does so much more damage, minmaxed Barrage is about 25million dps, Scourge minmaxed is about 42million I make odd builds and sometimes write guides.

Ive been playing this build but considering switching to scourge arrow for both clear and single target, just curious if the chain mechanics work with scourge arrow by itself or is that only for ice shot
