Updated to 3.8, this build has been buffed by another big amount. Roughly 10% more with my current gear adding about 300K DPS extra

Might gonna try this one out as a starter, but would appreciate some more info about gear/gearing. What gear should i aim for late game? And is there anything i need to craft?

Hey, you said Scourge Arrow was more about flat ele stacking. Would I be better off with Windripper for more elemental damage or Chin Sol for higher overall damage?
