You can. But the curses from soul mantle are going to kill you.

Soul mantle curses you. Self flagellation gives you up to 20% increased damage per curse. And 2x kikazaru + the passives on tree reduce the effectiveness of curses on you by 100%.
So you are cursed. But the curses have no effect on you. And youre getting lots of damage.

Soul mantle and kikazaru rings are pretty cheap. As for weapons. Search for some rare ones with spell damage %, lightning damage %, lighting damage to spells and crit multi.

What is the best way to get the 5th Totem now? Because +1 Totem on Shields seems to be super rare?

I'd say there is no point in getting the fifth totem. It's just 25% dmg increase but you have to cast totems 3 times. Anyway shield is the only way to get to 5 totems.

i'm confused on why i'm not getting any power charges? Ofc i have power charge on critical support gem linked. Am i missing something ? Please help.

If you link power charge on critical to your totem, the totem will get the power charge. Problem is that totems can only have 0 charges. So pcoc will not work if you link it to your totem.

You need to generate the charges so your totems get the benefit from them.

But in this build guide, the pcoc is part of the 6L in chest piece

- Arc

- Added Lightning Damage
- Controlled Distruction
- Increased Critical Damage
------------------------------
- 5-Link : Increased Critical Strikes
- 6-Link : Power Charge On Critical

also in the video from this guide he is spaming totems and constantly getting power charges.

You get charges from ascendacy at 3rd labirinth.
I cant say exactly why do we take pcoc with totems)

of pcoc works with out totems. The generation one doesnt. Not sure if there is a better 6th link for us.
