Do I "need" to have Inpulsa's or can I use a 6L high life body armour if I can not afford? Or will it take the dps way too far down?

my question is : why use controlled destruction gem (reduces supported skill crit by 100%) on a crit build without elemental overload ? |

I'm sorry, bit can anyone make a link on wands on poe.trade with filters? For best damage. It is always difficult to me to find a rare weapons.
