This might be a really dumb question but did you ahve any mana issues while levelling? With just HoI and HoT up, I can't spam WinterOrb for very long. Also, from the look of your video, you only have circa 50% of your mana reserved. Is your Arctic Armour active? Does raising this reservation to 75% cause any problems? Enough to gain max stacks when needed. I have modified the build a bit and on the offhand I have CWDT, IC, Clarity. However at this point I am unable to use AA due to high mana reservation. Correct me if I am wrong, but I do believe that there are certain items that can be used to lower it. Eternity Shroud is a lot of dmg if you can build around it. Inpulsa's is really nice for clear, and i swap between the two depending on what content i feel like doing.
