" I imported your character into PoB and checked it. My character's jewel has 2 tier of Cold dmg & another Attack options.(Attack Speed or Crit Multi) Also, your Watcher's Eye's Convert % is low.(Range: 25~40%) When you kill the boss, be sure to use the Frost Bomb.
