Just to repeat my questions from previous page, would appreciate if someone who went deeper in Delve with this could answer.

How deep can it reliably farm without dying too much (1000?)
Is going temporal chains instead of one of the curses an option to go more defensive in Delve or do we lose too much damage? Is dropping Projectile Weakness or Poachers Mark an option at all?
What are more defensive options in general?

I managed to kill Aul on depths 500 something so i would say yes to good delving. On another note i feel like it aint as smooth to run with in delves as in many other builds.

I was running with temp chains the entire time on my way to level 100 and never felt like i was close to dying. Dps didnt seem like a problem at all.

Thanks. I guess you dropped Poacher's mark for Temp chains?

Yeah i ran with Proj Weak - Enfeeble - Temp Chains.. Didnt seem like i needed much more

I didn't play delve league so I don't have much of a comparison, but so far it's going well. I'm around depth 150 atm. Shooting for 400 or so before I start really exploring.

I run Temporal Chains, Poacher's Mark, and Projectile Weakness. PW is a must because without it the crawler doesn't pierce and you don't get many profane bloom chains. I've encountered two bosses in Vaal side areas and both went down within seconds.

The crawler pathing hasn't bothered me much, but I've played two other HoA builds so perhaps I'm just used to it? I have convocation on middle-click and use it around once a minute, but more to position the crawler to get the best spread then because of AI.

Two key skills for me are Phase Run and Vaal Discipline. They are my main source of damage mitigation. I also have a phasing flask, but I like the duration of a maxed phase run better. Also, for whatever reason, it seems the chance to miss is higher with the skill than the flask. When guiding the cart I hit phase, slam movement flask, then rush ahead to tag packs both in front and behind for the crawler to kill. When one a node and getting swarmed both phase and Vaal discipline work almost equally well for getting me out of danger and allowing es to recharge. I usually try and back myself in a corner, convo. the crawler right on top of me, then try and "aim" him into the areas of the most concentration. This is the slowest part of delving for me. The waves take a while, and w/o a wide area AOE effect, the crawler takes a while to kill.

All of my delve deaths have come from exploring, and this is probably where the build is weakest. Even with capped darkness resist, it doesn't take long before your ES drops to zero, and no long-running flasks to help. Vaal discipline is the only heal, and while it refills you to full ES quickly, by the time you need it the degen is so strong that you go back down almost as quick.

I've gotten pretty good at phasing into side areas, looking for a fossil/resonator/currency/azurite chest, and if there isn't one, hitting movement flask and getting back to the light within the 5 seconds or so of phase time. If there is a chest, I usually drop a flare.

Pulling mobs from dark areas into the light is a pain. The agony crawler will happily spam fire the mobs one by one as they come out, but since he can't taunt they daisy chain between coming for me and going back home. If I need to pull pack I let the crawler un-summon, use myself as bait, wait until I'm surrounded and in the light, then fire and summon.

I'm still new to delve, but I don't see 400 being a problem. No idea about 1000 or 1500 though.
What pantheon do you guys use? I assume Arakaali for the ES recovery rate when cwdt ic pops? What about for the minor, Yugul for Uber Elder? and for generic use?

I'm thinking of using this helm for the build,

With conqueror's efficiency do you guys think I would be ok at 24 mana? I don't know how big of a dps loss losing dread banner is but I will be dropping that because of low mana.
Anyone interested?

Hi guys,

could need some help on crafting a helmet for the build. Got a hubris with the enchant. What is the best way to get to high es rolls on it?
And how do get people to increased es rolls above 100%?
How much may it cost (on average) to get to 320+ es in total?

And another quastion: Got the -1% mana on golden rule, but as mentioned here before that doesn't change anything. So in order to run dread banner i need a second one with -1%? Is that worth the effort?

Thanks for answers in advance
Got a full set to sell for this build. At level 94 sitting on 16.3k es. Done uber elder several times deathless. PM me for more info at @PennyLady

I'm currently running around 22 unreserved mana (don't remember the exact number) while using Dread Banner. I need another "1% reduced reservation" corruption to increase this.

With Poachers Mark returning more mana on hit then Rain of Arrow uses, I haven't noticed any problems at maintaining Virulence stacks on bosses. From what I can tell, my stack count stays in the high 30s, although most of the bosses go down too quickly for me to be able to really tell.

The only problem I have with that low of a mana pool is the occasional "I don't have enough mana for that" voice lines which get kind of annoying. They tend to happen if the crawler kills a mob before my RoA lands on it and I keep firing. But within the normal mana regeneration, I can actually spam fire RoA over an empty area with only a small slowdown in attacks.

No mana regen maps are difficult because a single missed shot will empty your mana pool completely. For these, I turn off banner and swap in a mana flask.
