Hey! Loving the build, I just re-specced from a messier version of a Molten Strike build. I feel like I may be doing something wrong with it, though. I'm newer to PoE (started this season) and was wondering if you have any pointers for my gear or build in relation to this guide. I just feel like character is slow.

What's the optimal amount of increased AOE for Molten Strike to hit single targets with the maximum number of projectiles? Is there a trick to positioning as well?

I am going to attempt my first uber elder on HC this weekend and wondering do you use Ancestral Call for that fight? I see some people use it, and others using Lightning Pen.

Any other tips would be appreciated :)

I like the extra range that ancestral call provides :) maybe practice with ac first on something and then lp? To see what you like best.

I am very good at positioning imo which makes ac a 1.3-1.5 multiplier if u take the damage lost into consideration. But you need with shadow and your own melee balls as well

I have no idea tbh. To much math for me. You could use the molten strike dps calculator and change the increased aoe until you hit a peak and there is your answer.
Personally I go for reduced charges and as low aoe I can on dying sun. I have not specced into any aoe nodes

No :) wait until you have decent energy shield gear to put on. I would think at how much you get in pob before you do. It's hard to go back if u respec to early.

But beware at the life phase at 86 point. You do not get much more than 4k life. I had my best hc attempts where I respected before kitava, but you need the gear before u can.

How does the build do delving? Can it go 600+? 1k+???
