First time playing a build with ES this wass perfect, but i don't get why use 5 minion damage nodes, is something i'm missing?

I am struggling with mana when facetanking and attacking for 10 seconds or so.
Currently only running wrath and discipline with enlighten 2 and all mana reserved nodes, 4% by CI and the 3 nodes by Zealots Oath. (also -1% reserved corruption on jewel) I have 527 mana unreserved but it does not seem to regen fast enough to sustain facetanking and tanking longer fights. Any advice? Do I take mind drinker? So a small question:
i got 8.8k ES at the moment, using 28 ES gain on hit+8% of phys>cold mitigation watcher jewel, with 18% mana>es i get extra 1.2k es but lose phys mitigation and es gain on hit( a very underrated mod) the molten strike+multi strike+es gain on hit is very nice to have.. so the dilema is keep the es gain on hit or take the extra 1.2k es (will have 10k es with the other jewel) |

" If I equip 18% mana as es watchers eye, my ES goes from 8.9k to 10.4k This increases my leechcap from 1790.6 to 2079.2 According to moldydwarf I will hit with an average of 3.4 magma ball if i hit with 1.8 ancestral call multiplier. I have an attack rate of ~7 This will give 34 solo boss hits pr second and thus I will gain 900 es / second for watchers eye hitting a solo boss. This is only 600 more than what the extra es will grant you. But in other situations where you hit alot of enemies you will effectivly maybe hit 40 hit per melee attack and thus gain alot more es / second. It's a trade off. " Well idk how much exactly i hit but with multistrike in the 6link i got around 9-10 attacks per sec, with dying sun i got 9 projectiles, so around 90balls/sec i get ~30es per ball hit, so even if only a third of the hit the boss i still get around 900es/sec NOT including my leech... |

But es on hit is ok with multistrike, it's just much better for delving than bossing. " Well i only took multistrike because of the attack rate - to get more balls dropped for es gain on hit according to this site i got 34 balls/sec hitting the boss, so that's 950es/sec from the es gain on hit and around 600more from leech// 1.5k es/sec seems better than 800/900 with xtra 1.2k max es... i think i will keep it that way thanks alot for the help ! |
