This is not the best starter build. Loreweave, Kaom's Way and Nebuloch is gonna be hard to find and really expensive the first week. So I would follow f.ex the Sunder guide and save up currency with that and respecc into this guide when I have aquired Nebuloch's and a Loreweave.

But shouldn't the build also work without nebulochs loreweave and the kaoms ways? I mean you won't be ultra tanky, but I still think it should clear fine early on or?

Depends on how you define "clear fine". And what your ambition is. It will work, yea, but some players will not be happy with how it works, others will think it is fine. I will not recommend it cause it goes outside what this guide is about; dual wielding Nebuloch's with Loreweave and Kaom's rings.

edit: this mbXtreme's video seems like a solid Jugg league starter guide.
With it's cheap items he farms Uber Lab on a 5-link at level 75 after 12 hours of gameplay.

On your uber elder you have different equipment than what you presented in "Gear used in Uber Elder Video".

What's the point of lying in your own guide?

The first video I posted had the gear that is linked. I did another run and managed to do it deathless, so I changed the video. As far as I can recall the only difference is the helmet, not anything that would affect the outcome or stats in the PoB link to any noteworthy degree.

Different weapons too, in fact weapons that i would never consider better than nebulochs for this build but hey i've never played with unique maces before, current nerf to stat-sticks made me do it.

So as you probably already guessed i demand explanation why this weapons? How you managed to get better uber elder run with this?

It's called skin transfers. the Nebuloch's 3D art looks like burned pieces of wood so I applied the skins of Lavianga's to match my red gear theme.
You can buy the skin transfers in the shop, they cost 6 points for 1.

I've got a 88 Hardcore (was Delve HC) Cons Path Jugg - my first attempt at a Consecrated Path build.. im no expert by any means. But its a super fun build and super tanky. Single target DPS is the shits though.

https://pastebin.com/h9TUPFhV

When i threw on dual nebs from my current stat stick style setup i lost a lot of dps.

I love consecrated path but with this change im not sure its really worth it anymore...
