[3.17] Hybrid's Molten Strike Jugg - Hold right click to TANK anything |MELT the Atlas|Divine Flesh|
" I am playing it (for the first time). Actually, it is not that bad since this build is really off-meta. E.g. I bought the endgame weapon Grelwood for 10 chaos, even before I finished the story line. The same with the elder helmet, I spent just 20 chaos and I have basically a six link. What is a must is to rush for any large cluster jewel with 'Feed the Fury' and 'Fuel the Fight', so you have mana and life leach. You can buy a bad one for couple of chaos. Kaom's hearth is also fairly cheap. And the rest of the gear can be random rares, for one or two chaos each, and you are golden. I am currently starting the yellow maps and it is very smooth farming. |

I am also playing this build and enjoying it, although a few caveats: I am just straight up bad at POE, a lot of shit I don't understand and just sort of stumble my way through the game as best I can. I have been a red mapper/level 90+ in the past, but not really a boss farmer - I get my 24 challenges and then just whatever.
The key to success for me with this build was 1) getting your Labs done and 2) While you wait to get your Enlighten, make sure you're running the choice auras if you can't run them all. re 1) Every lab I did, the points made SUCH a huge difference it was insane. So get those done when you can because the build was leaps and bounds better every time. re 2) I was running S&B, Vitality, and Tempest Shield until like T2 maps and thought I was fine but then I swapped to using S&B, Vitality, and Anger and the game became way easier. A note, I did get very lucky with an early exalt drop so I was able to get a very early Thread of Hope. The only thing I'm just being a stupid bad POE player about is - I don't know where Fortify comes from in this build lol So I have not taken any fortify nodes. Yes, I die but I'm chugging along, it's not so bad. Do love the build - I really wanted to play "Run in and hit stuff" after years of playing casters and this scratched that itch. |

Hello, guys!
Currently thinking about rerolling for this build. League started with a GC Shield Crush and was able to clear everything (Maven, Uelder, Feared, Cortex. A9), but constantly dying for basically anything in this game with a glass cannon is really getting into my nerves. I can work on a 30-50ex to begin with but can potentially sell my current GC gear and get into the 100ex range, I believe this is enough to set a solid start. Just have a few doubts - From what I understand, this build can no longer reliably use fortify, losing about 20% damage reduction. Is this assumption right and, if so, is there any alternative? - About the endurance charge life regen nerf, seems to really cut the survivability potential for this build, coupled with the point above, can this build still facetank everything? Thank you! |

" corruption on the sword. you can get the fortify mastery until you acquire it " 1. false, see above. get the 100% increased fortify duration from the mastery once you get the corruption on the sword. 2. what nerf? we didnt use any of the mechanics that were mentioned in the patch notes.
" I am also interested in this question, new PoB does not have Tribal Fury. Hybrid, can you please elaborate on this topic? Thanks |
|
" end game gloves have +2 targets mod so you dont need tribal fury. you can use tribal fury until then.
" Hey mate, ppl usally run with fortify in a movement setup...but since it has been changed here in 3.16, then it kinda has to be in the main setup, to keep up the stacks on it. Let me know if u want a hand with any boss...im not good at them either..but i dont mind helping if i can :) ign nick: supertizztrold softcore scourge
" Ill spy on your character, im curious about how it may function. Do you by any chance want to showcase it, in like a map ? If so, hit me up: ingame nick: supertizztrold (i dont bite :)
