Spectres are dying really fast against phoenix but against other guardians they're fine, I try using convocation to get them away from the blast but they still get killed. Any tips?

I use elemental army, and the only time I've had a spectre die outside of a relfect map was to an extra damage, crit modded phoenix, and only one of them died. Rough calculation, they have something like 70ish resist all and 79 cold. I don't use Commander of Darkness, either, which would push them to 79 all (I plan on getting another 10+ minion resist jewel to cap them out).
I also use the Rotting Legion, but I didn't have it at the time that spectre died. Since getting it, they've never come close to death.

I don't use conc while mapping: Raise Spectre/Elemental Focus/Death Mark/Minion Damage/Elemental Army/Spell Echo are the gems that I've been using so far. Sorry, I don't really know what this guide recommends in comparison.
I've been thinking about dropping elemental focus for lightning pen for mapping as well, as the only thing that really stops spectre damage is super stacked mobs.
Questions~ 1.put Clarity into weapon it will trigger the aura right ??
2. and then it will active the Dark Commandar right ?
3. once active Dark Commandar,me and all my minions will benefit
both 20% elemental resistance and 30% increased damage ?
