I have done uber elder with kaoms heart and helmet with conc effect and minion damage( elder with integrated gems). I can't choose on where go next with a 3ex budget: -> Expensive animated guardian -> New rare boots with +1 level of spectre gems -> New minion wand with 100%+ minion damage -> Bone helmet with 90+ life and socketed of minion gems -> Making the important gems 20% quality and raise spectre level 21. Here is a Rotting Legion Video with specs in the RL. Decided on T14 Core map as malachai can be a pain and he used to kill my zombies/golems in seconds. Im in junk gear... Watch my health as I take hits. Notice no zombie or golem deaths. I also use a skelly totem to lock down blight mobs. pretty happy with this build... Just a note you can use your low level oils to just anoint your necklace and get a +30 dex, I don't recall the combination but I know the common oils can give this. So that should help in patching up the dex issue. Of course, once you have better gear you can switch it out but this works as a band aid in the mean time IMO. Got a small question: In Gem Links it is shown i should use a lvl 1 clarity in weapon for Commander of Darkness Buff ...
