Ive been enjoying using this build for some time now and have gotten to t3 maps so far.. How far can I expect to get with the base build? And are orbs of regret needed to respec to one of the more effective ones when I can get the currency/gear?

I've loosely followed the build. I use SOs and am on T7's as of last night. I die maybe once every few hours from something random. Clear maps no issue. Ultimatums are full clears.

I am a little worried as someone pointed out that my build needs work though. I thought I was doing fine. XD

Anyone went for pure spectre build and can tell how is it going in end game content? Last waves of ultimatum for example or the feared etc? Do you have problems with survivability of your character or spectres?

I'm currently running with pure carrion golem elementalist build but i'm wondering is it worth to swap to spectres. Golems kinda struggle in ultimatum on t16 maps.

Hi! A couple of questions, I recently completed all the acts and the epilogue.

Now I'm trying to get res capped again. This should be the first focus right? I have some currency...

Atm, I'm just farming some levels in the blood aqueducts and farming the 6L armor. I am level 76.


The easiest upgrade is the Pure Spectres build. I recommend upgrading in this order:
1. 4 specters (Raise Spectre gem level 25) Atm its lvl 20 but now it goes slowly
2. Cluster Jewels Are these just the ghastly eye jewels you put into the skill tree? Or are these large jewel sockets? but I don't see those on the PoB Pastebin.

3. Devouring Diadem + reserve Haste aura Is this an item I need to farm? What is the reserve aura?
4. 5 spectres (6L delve body) at what level can I find this in the mines?
5. Awakened Dems, I suppose this means awakening gems with gem cutter prism? Do you lose the 3rd spectre if you do it if the gems are lvl25?
6. Unending Hunger* This is a gem I use in the passive skill tree right?

Yeah being res capped is super important. Try to also have some life on most pieces of gear.

If I were you I wouldn't worry about any of the pure spectre build stuff anytime soon. That is something you can do if you want to push the build further to have an easier time on higher tier maps and bosses. You can keep following the minion army league starter build, it's much easier to gear than pure spectre anyway.

For example I'm currently level 90 and still using the minion army build and doing just fine. I'm slowly moving towards pure spectre but there is no rush to do it and it's not necessary.

For now just work on getting lots of life on your gear while being res capped. Make sure you have the right flasks and try to make the flasks 20 quality as well. The build also uses some gems with 20 quality. You can get these either by leveling a gem yourself to level 20, or buying a lvl 20 gem, then selling it to a vendor along with one gem cutter prism to make it lvl 1 with 20 quality. Buying higher level gems with quality can be too expensive for you at the moment so that's why I suggested that method.

Im playing with SO but they die very often in ultimatum, should swap to crabbies? my spectres are lvl 26 right now.
and i cant kill any guardian because my dps feel so low
