Hey, I plan to play the pure spectre build with the SO.
Do we really need Elemental Equilibrium for this? Because the So does physical damage with the projectiles or do I misunderstand it? What spectre do you play with until you get the SO? | |
" The build uses triad gloves with 4 green sockets which convert the physical damage to cold damage. That's why you use EE. I personally use Frost auto scouts since I still haven't made the switch to pure spectre and they are working just fine. | |

" Unless I'm mistaken you are just not getting the full benefit from EE since your SO's are not doing pure cold damage. Hatred should still convert some of the damage to cold so you are getting a small damage boost I guess. I remember someone commenting that you would use different gem setup for phys damage, not sure how true that is though. This is also the reason I still haven't even tried SO's because at least with this build you need to use the triad gloves. And I don't know how to fit them in the starter version. You could probably replace srs but I just haven't bothered. | |
" Nvm just took a quick look at your character and you don't even seem to have any spell to trigger EE atm. You have some kind of mix of starter build and pure spectre setup. And the "cold damage added to spells" in your wand can definitely screw things up afaik. If that character page is up to date you have a loooot of other stuff to fix as well. | |
" Well, do minions trigger EE? I thought Skitterbots would trigger something then my SRS would cash in. I just smash SRS, keep them coming, and let my minions do all the work. I did the Diadem setup last night. As far as fixing, my build isn't that screwed up, is it? I'm only on T7 and clearing maps with no issue. I do full Ulti's too. And the white guys says, I'll have a Coke then.

I guess I'll drop EE then tonight. I'm clearing maps so easily, I don't really notice too much of a difference.

" Huh. I thought minions triggered it. Probably explains why I didn't notice much of a difference, haha. I'm cool with chatting about my character here if you think it'd be helpful for others. Or via PM. Whichever works. I thought I was doing quite well actually, haha. I don't die too often, my minions clear maps across the screen, and I rarely fail an Ultimatum. And the white guys says, I'll have a Coke then.

Does the Pastebin for the Pure Spectre build work for anyone else? it seems it brings up the items just not the tree
