Did you level it up? Full level Haste needs 155 dex. But if you keep the right level, it should stay on your cast bar.

I think MB is better for Maven endgame because you can just keep running around the circle and cast SRS randomly (they will fly to bosses). It has big burst aoe damage , but there is about 3s delay on cast -> explosion So you need to be careful when mapping with rippy mods (run around packs and be careful). Another downside is necro is much squishier.

PS is tankier build, but you need to direct spectres with Predator so you need to get into cast range (can be dangerous). But you can also play aggressive: run into monsters packs and cast convocation!

I feel like PS is faster for mapping and MB is better for bossing.

The damage is much less than 3.11 when they were the best spectre. GGG nerfed them by 30% in 3.12 and now all spectre are 30% nerf again. So RS is basically double nerfed. I don't really recommend them anymore :(

You have two choice: phys/impale or cold conversion. Conversion is stronger but it needs Triad Grip 4G. 4G is a bit annoying for necro because we don't really need 4 green gems... You need to look at 3.12 Pure Spectres build to see the gems & links.

Cold Conversion Syndicate Operatives Spectre

Phys/impale doesn't need any gear (SSF friendly). but the gems and links are very different.

Pure Physical and Impale Syndicate Operatives

If you just change the gems and use the base build, SO will feel weak because of low base damage.

So, is it possible to start passive skill tree with SSF/League Starter Pastebin with Frost Auto Scouts and then transfer to Pure spectres version in forum guide or into this Cold conversion video with SO? Not sure which one would be better for SO
