The spectre nerfs really delayed my guide this time. It took me a long time to figure out what to do. Forum Guide Updated: 4.1 League Starter & SFF Youtube video guide: PoE 3.13 - Necro Summoner League Start & SSF So for 3.13 the starter build is more like a zoomancer. Use all the main minions! My plan is to make more minion builds and not just focus on spectres. So this is like the first step.
