i dont know how to upgrade my setup from now on besides get better gems, need some advice from you guys. i use a different setup than kay's since i found mine is a bit more tanky(75% block attack 70% block spell). They are "minimum charges" not maximum , they always have 2 of each for me and i use the flask to generate a 3rd as its the highest dps gain for a flask in addition to the ones i am using Thanks for that, makes sense now.
