That long story is to say that my specters cant kill even A9 regular mobs as long as I dont accidentally use discrete. They freeze all the monsters around but nothing dies, atleast no spiders spawn and you really cant count the number of monsters to be certain xD.

Regardless, if an occasional mob dies because of some unknown mechanics it still doesn't cause problems with maintaining spiders. I never have that problem. I actually despawn my spiders before a major boss encounter and use the jar to spawn a fresh batch and the 45second they stay is good enough for all but phased bosses including conquerors. And with Ryslatha's minor power even that is not a problem even with shaper elder guardians as the jar fills during the 45 second period.

I think I turned of my privacy so you can have a look... I really would appreciate the help as I can't figure it out


Check abbysal jewel on your belt - add fire dmg to minions. That's why they ignite, and kill mobs.

If u want some dmg on your abysal jewel, best option would be Physical dmg, then little weaker but still good - cold dmg.

I will check in PoB which mods are strongest regarding attack speed, boost after minion skill used etc and list thema s well (from my point of view, dmg boost if minion skill was used recently is the strongest).

I've just checked all 4 intresting mods for ghastly eye (with max tier, used in my eq to calculate values):
1) Increased dmg if minion skill was used recently - dmg increased by 89,5k
2) Increased attack/cast speed - dmg increased by 57k
3) Add Physical Dmg - dmg increased by 38,6k
4) Add Cold Dmg - dmg increased by 13,5k

I'm quite suprised that the difference is THAT large, and i will have to change my jewels as well ;O

First of all would like to say thank you to Kay and others on this thread. Great guide and build, followed it from day 1 this league.
I run PS RS build (tanky/less dps), with one cluster set, just reached 98 yesterday and last level without even one death.
I have 100 non reserved mana to spend since ive got corrupted Diadem. What i could do with that???(not looking for dps) for now using Precision lvl 8.

Stupid question that has probably been answered many times - but the energy shield we have is only used for spells - it's not actually effective hp, when we have eldritch battery?

Exactly.
The shield moves over mana and protects it (whatever that means).
You use shield instead of mana to cast spells.

That's called pain. Get used to it.

Does the raise spider skill on dagger trigger the use minion skill recently?

I love this build. My first Sirius deathless, but i changet deathmark to feeding frenzy - otherwise spectres do nothing on bosses offscreen :P
Some questions about Necro Aegis:

1.Does it matter which base i use for it? I see some people using the spell damage base and other use the no-implicit 25% block chance base.
2.Do Redemption sentries benefit from the spell damage implicit?
3.And do i get any of the stats from shield like its ES. I'm asking because buying a lower tier base with needed stats is much cheaper than buying a Titanium Spirit shield. So if i don't get the energy shield from it anyway i don't want to overpay for nothing.

I'd do the opposite... use feeding frenzy during maps, and swap to deathmark for bosses for more damage. deathmark them and you can run to safety then

Raise Spider is actually 'trigger' as well. And any spell in a trigger wand is trigger too.

You need to press a button to count as 'used minion skill recently', so probably just Convocation.
